Source fidelity
Every entry preserves its source system, workbook, sheet, row and raw values. SSC units arrive as hours × 100 and are normalized to decimal hours; 2B summary buckets are expanded into dated daily entries (flagged synthetic) using the employee's schedule so daily caps, premiums and mid-period rate splits apply uniformly. Re-running npm run seed rebuilds everything deterministically from the workbook.
